Useful Information
This is a collection of information that we thought might help you!
Unplugged Ceremony
In order to fully immerse ourselves and each other in the beauty and magic of the ceremony, we have decided to make our wedding an “unplugged ceremony.” This means we kindly request that all electronic devices, including mobile phones, be turned off and kept out of sight.
We have arranged professional photography and videography to capture every moment of our special day, so there is no need to worry about missing anything. Our goal is to be present and fully engaged in the moment, surrounded by the love and joy of those closest to us.
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate this day with you.
Car Parking
There is car parking on site and you can leave your car overnight. Just make sure you collect it by 10am on Monday, if you want to have a few drinks.
Dress Code
We’re so excited for our big day and can’t wait to see everyone all dressed up! While we don’t have a strict dress code, we do ask that you come dressed in your best wedding attire. We want our day to have a bright and cheerful summery vibe, so feel free to have fun with your outfit and add a splash of colour!
Taxis & Carriages
There are multiple taxi companies in and around Stow, details for these can be found on this page.
Adults Only Please
As much as we love your little ones we would like this to be a kid free event, gives you the night off too!
A Note From Us On Gifts
Please do not feel obliged to buy us a gift, all that we are expecting is you!
If you feel like you would like to give something,
a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

Can I share photos from the day?
As we look forward to this amazing day, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in refraining from sharing any photos of us during the wedding on social media until we have had a chance to post our first photo as Mr. and Mrs.
We are happy for you to share photos of you and your loved ones on the day, but please try your best to not share photos of the bride and groom.
We truly appreciate your consideration and understanding in making this day all the more special for us. Thank you
Can I bring a plus one?
We’re aiming to keep our wedding day as close and personal as possible with our nearest and dearest. Because of this and space constraints, we can’t accommodate plus ones. Only those who are directly named on the invitation will be able to join us on the big day.
Will food be served at the evening reception?
Yes, evening food will be served from around 8pm. Please let us know of any dietary requirements in your RSVP.
I have a different question, what is the best way to ask?
You can message us on Facebook or Instagram or pop us a text or WhatsApp.
Have you booked a block of hotel rooms for guests?
No. We haven’t booked a block of hotel rooms, however there are a lot of different options and recommendations that you can find here.
Where is the reception taking place?
The reception is being held on-site at Hyde House so there is no need to arrange mid-day transport.
Do you have a gift registry?
We’re so grateful for your presence on our wedding day. Your support and love is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would still like to give a gift, we’ll have a dedicated spot at the entrance of the barn where you can leave any gifts or contributions. But please, don’t feel obligated – your presence is more than enough!
What entertainment will there be?
We have a live band called ‘Dirty Weekend’ playing a few festival sets through the evening, games outside, Photo Booth and a fire pit in the courtyard
